Introduction to the Instructor: Darlene Melton

Darlene Melton is a Commercial Actor, with more than fourteen (14) years acting experience. She began her career in 1995, acting in local, regional and national commercials. During her career, she has appeared in various scenes of the series “America’s Most Wanted”.

Darlene’s experience also ranges behind the camera; she was the Assistant Extras Casting Director for the HBO movie, “First Time Felon”. She has worked as an Assistant Gaffer and Craft Services, on various industrial and independent film projects.

She has gone on to perform in movies such as Lonely Hearts (Tribeca Film Festival; starring John Travolta and James Gandolfini) and ‘Recount’. Besides acting in local, regional and national commercials, she has performed in Industrials, Film, Print, Television and Voice Overs, as well.
